After the design, we approach to perform works that need to be monitored in various ways in order for the investor to get a best quality product. The contractor has a responsible person who organizes works on the basis of the project documentation. During the works, changes may occur due to the desire of an investor or designer, some unexpectedevents, the inability to obtain materials, changes in technical solutions, equipment development, changes in trends, or some other factors.

All these works should be supervised and monitored. Someone have to be actively involved in all possible changeson the spot. Author’s supervision ensures that works follow the architecture. Designer’s supervision ensures that it does not deviate from the project. Professional supervision monitors the quality and quantity of works.
